Yi Zhou – 周依 – ‘Fragments of Rome, past, future, parallel worlds’
Chinese multimedia artist Yi Zhou (周依) has been headquartered in Rome from the tender age of eight and studied between London and Paris with degrees in Political Science, Economics and Art. She is a crackerjack creative whose mixed media and moving image art crackle with futuristic zeal and awesome originality. Her brain-boggling work, currently on display at MACRO in Rome, turns Italian history into an astral array of VR installations, 3D animation and holographic poems. We love you, 周依!
